Venezuela in struggles: colonial past, revolutionary legacies and community regeneration

We invite you to the first online course narrated in first person by activists and intellectuals from Venezuela. This series of thematic conferences will provide a documented and specialized view of Venezuela in cultural, social, economic and political terms.

Venezuela in struggle: colonial past, revolutionary legacy and community regeneration ; 24 weeks of the voice of the communes el Maizal, Ché Guevara, Altos de Lídice, the movements, as CRBZ, Pobladores, FFM, Otro Beta, Araña feminista, Faldas r, Quinta Ola, SURES, among others, intellectuals such as Iraida Vargas, Mario Sanoja, Reinaldo Iturriza, José Félix Rivas, José Roberto Duque.

Organized for militants, activists and academics from Asia, Africa, Europe and America by the Global University for Sustainability, the Simon Bolivar Institute for Peace and Solidarity together with ALBA Movements continental platform.

We began on Wednesday, October 7th, with the voice of Reinaldo Iturriza with a political lecture on Bolivarian Revolution as a project and the construction of Chavism as a subject .
